Can I Return My Mattress If I'm Not Satisfied?
If, after sleeping on your mattress for a minimum of 30 days, you are not happy with the mattress you purchased, there are options for you. Keep in mind that our mattresses are non-returnable for a refund unless you fall into one of the two described circumstances noted below.
120-Night In-Home Trial Mattresses
Your mattress, foundation (boxspring), and/or adjustable base purchase is non-refundable. However, your mattress purchase is backed by our 120 Night In-Home Trial. Please click the following link to initiate a Mattress Exchange Request.
Try your mattress in the comfort of your own home for 120 days, risk free. Just sleep on it for at least 30 nights so that your body can adjust to the new support system. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you in exchanging for a new mattress.
The processing fee for a Comfort Exchange is $139 (plus state taxes where applicable) . You would also be responsible for the difference in price should the model you choose to exchange for is a more expensive model.
Please Note: While you are eligible to exchange your mattress for a mattress of lesser value, Comfort Exchanges are not eligible for refunds unless your mattress is backed by a 120-Night Money Back Guarantee.
120-Night Money Back Guarantee Mattresses
Mattress purchases that are backed by 120 Night Money Back Guarantee are eligible for exchange or a return. Currently, this guarantee is limited to non-clearance Stearns & Foster, Tempurpedic, Sealy Hybrid and Serta iComfort. Like the In-Home Trial process, try your mattress in the comfort of your own home for 120 days, risk free. Just sleep on it for at least 30 nights so that your body can adjust to the new support system. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to have your order picked up. Once your mattress has been picked up, we will submit a refund request.
Fees for Return Requests under 120-night Money Back Guarantee:
Processing Fee = $139 (plus state taxes where applicable) processing fee.
Restock Fee = 20% of amount of mattress purchased.
These fees will be capped at $500 if the total would be greater. There is no need to pay any fees up front. We will withhold the fees from your refund.
If you choose to exchange your mattress that is backed by a Money Back Guarantee for a different mattress through our Comfort Exchange program (120-Night In-Home Trial) the 20% restock fee will be waived and the mattress you exchange for is of lesser value than the one you purchased, we will apply that $139 processing fee to the difference in price. If the difference is still more than $139, we will refund your original method of payment -$139 to compensate the difference. If the mattress you exchange for is of equal or greater value, it will be handled through the standard Comfort Exchange process under the 120-Night In-Home Trial Mattresses section above.
Damages or Defects
If your mattress is damaged at time of delivery, we will make every effort to resolve the issue at no cost to you. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product and packaging thoroughly during delivery. Please record any packaging and/or product damage on the delivery receipt that will be provided by the delivery personnel. In the event that there is damage to both the product and packaging, please refuse the order with the delivery personnel. Contact us within 1 business day, and we will work diligently to get you a replacement item.
All new and overstock mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases come with the original manufacturer warranty. This means that any potential problem related to a defect can be handled through the warranty and will not need to be returned to us. However, we will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns.
This excludes "sold as is" or SDM clearance model mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases. SDM clearance models are backed by a 3 year US-Mattress warranty.

Joybed Mattress Return Policy
Each Joybed mattress comes with a 120 night trial. We recommend sleeping on your new Joybed for at least 30 consecutive nights to fully adapt to it, and up to 120 nights to fall in love with it. That’s why 30 nights after delivery, your purchase will be eligible for a refund or exchange for up to a total of 120 nights. If you’re not happy with your Joybed, send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll determine the next steps and provide you with solutions.
Option 1: Exchanging your mattress. We’ll provide the option to switch to another mattress better suited for your comfort. If your comfort only needs a slight adjustment, we can send a topper instead. We want to get you the right bed, and we do this at no charge to you. You only pay an increase in price if you choose a more expensive mattress. Please note that if you switch to a less expensive model, you will not be refunded the price difference from your original purchase
Option 2: Return your mattress. You also have the choice to return your mattress. If you choose this option, there will be a $139 processing fee and your purchase will be eligible for a refund per the terms below
If you return your mattress, we will do our best to ensure it doesn’t go to waste. We will team up with you to find a local organized charity that will welcome the new mattress donation. If we are unable to find a local charity, we’ll ask you to remove the law tag and mail it in
Refunds are paid minus the $139 processing fee after the charitable donation is verified with a donation receipt, the law tag is received, or the Product is received in good condition.
The Joybed 120-Night In-Home Trial is limited to 1 (one) mattress exchange or return per household/address, and it must be exercised directly with Joybed no later than the 120th night following delivery.
(1) If you finance your purchase and initiate a return, you'll receive a full refund from us, but we cannot refund any financing fees paid.
(2) The 120 Night In-Home Trial is limited to 1 (one) mattress exchange or refund per household/address.
(3) Mattresses require a minimum 30-night trial.
(4) Products must be in a condition suitable for donation to be eligible for exchange or return (i.e., no damages, stains, tears, excessive odors or soiling).
(5) Any additional paid delivery fees are non-refundable.
(6) Refunds are available to the original purchaser for products delivered to and returned from the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
(7) Foundations are eligible for a refund only when purchased with a mattress.
