In-Home set-up does not require you to lift a finger during the delivery process. All you need to do is make sure there is a clear path from the entrance of your home to your room of choice. The delivery agents will set up your new mattress.
The delivery team will bring your order into your home and set it up, unpack the merchandise and take away the packaging for you.
Delivery includes up to 2 flights of stairs. Additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery carrier.
For select mattress purchases, we offer free removal service that is linked with free In-Home Set-up. For all other mattresses that do not come with free removal service, we do offer removal service for an additional fee. The charge for removal will be provided when you choose your delivery type.
If you select In-Home Setup & Removal, the delivery agent will remove your old mattress at the time they set up your new bed. They will remove item for item.
Example: For each mattress that is delivered to you the delivery agent will remove (1) mattress. For each foundation the delivery agent will remove (1) foundation. For each frame the delivery agent will remove (1) frame. They will not remove additional items.
Can I add removal service after I have placed my order?
As long as you are set up with In-Home Set-Up, by all means! We can help set that up for you. If you did not select removal service at the time you placed your order and would like to add it, please call us to add this service to your order.
If you are already set up with In-Home Setup, we will confirm if the mattress you purchased includes free removal service. If so, we will add that service to your order at no additional charge.
If you are already set up with In-Home Setup but the mattress you purchased is not eligible for free removal, we can still set that up for you at an additional charge of $49. Please have a credit card ready when you call to add removal service.
Removal service is not an option when you choose "Front Door" or "Get It Fast" delivery service.
FRONT DOOR DELIVERY
Delivery is to your front door. For apartments, if you do not have a ground level outdoor entrance, delivery will be to the ground level front door of the building where you reside. The delivery agents will not bring your merchandise inside as this is not an option with this method of delivery.
GET IT FAST (GIF) / EXPRESS DELIVERY
This option is only available for items that are in stock. There will be a special note on the item if it is eligible for express delivery. If you live in the Detroit Metro area you can expect delivery the next business day. If you live outside of the Detroit Metro area, but in any metro area across the country, please allow an additional 1-4 business days for delivery. If you live outside of a metro area, please be advised that delivery can take a little longer depending on how far away you are from the delivery agent that services your area.
Your mattress will be delivered as close to your front door as possible without navigating any steps. (In-Home Setup is not available with Express Delivery. For apartments, delivery of your merchandise is as close to the front door of the building as possible.) The drivers will not bring your merchandise into your home.
