Warranty Exchange Process
US-Mattress and the manufacturer both stand behind the products we offer our customers and that is why our products come with a warranty against manufacturer defects. Each warranty differs slightly from the rest and that is why you will find the step-by-step process on inquiring about our warranty below.

2. If the issue(s) you are having is indeed covered by the manufacturers warranty, please contact Simmons as they handle their own warranties from the date of purchase. You can contact Simmons Customer Service directly by calling 877-399-9397.
***Please note: It is important to let Simmons know that you are a US-Mattress online customer. If you do not advise Simmons' Customer Service of this, they will direct you to call the retailer where you purchased your mattress. If this happens, we will instruct you to call Simmons again.
