Every single item we offer has its own specific lead time. The lead times vary depending on the item, the item's manufacturer and the delivery type you select when placing your order. We provide these lead times so you, the customer, can have an idea of when to expect delivery. Below you will find more specific details on our lead times.
Mattress Deliveries - In-Home Setup and In-Home Setup with Removal:
For Sealy and Stearns & Foster mattress purchases, standard delivery time frame is 1-2 weeks for delivery from date of purchase.
For all other all other mattress purchases, standard delivery time frame is 2-3 weeks for delivery from date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Please note that delivery estimates can take longer if you live outside of the "local delivery range" of the delivery agent that services your area. To check the delivery estimate for your zip code, we have a Check Delivery Estimate feature on our website right above the Add To Cart button. Enter your zip code in that field and click Check. This will provide you the estimated timeframe for delivery.
Mattress Deliveries - Express Front Door (Get It Fast):
If you place an order with the delivery option "Express Front Door" (which is the same as our Get It Fast [GIF] orders) you will certainly want to use the zip code checker as it will provide you with a more accurate delivery window.
For our local customers (Detroit metro area) who choose Express Front Door delivery, your order can be delivered to you as soon as the very next business day. For zip codes outside of the Detroit metro area, but within metro areas across the country, your delivery can take 1 to 4 additional business days. For zip codes considered as remote locations from the delivery agent that services your area, delivery can take longer depending on your distance from the delivery agent and access to your location.
The zip code checker takes this information into account when providing the estimated delivery date range, and that is why we strongly encourage you to use it. We want our customers to have the information needed right up front, so if you are in a remote location the possible delay does not come as a surprise to you. This delivery type is available to most zip codes.
Order by 10 AM EST and delivery is made the next business day (For example, order by 10 AM Monday and receive your mattress on Tuesday afternoon; or order by 10 AM Friday and receive your mattress Monday afternoon). You are not required to receive delivery the next day. The actual delivery date can be changed when you are contacted to schedule delivery.
We also offer weekend and evening delivery options for an additional fee. To select one of these special times, please call for pricing and availability. Special delivery times and locations (Hawaii and Alaska) cannot be added to an order once it is placed.

Bedding, Linen, and Furniture Lead Times
If you are inquiring on the lead time for a certain Bedding, Linen, or Furniture piece your most accurate estimate is located on our website. Select the item for which you are inquiring and in the upper right corner of the product page the delivery time-frame will be listed. For example, for a living room sectional you may see Free Front Door Delivery in 6 to 8 Weeks.
