There are 3 different ways to place your order:
- On the phone with a sales representative
- In one of our local, metro Detroit stores
After your order has processed into our system, an order confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provided for your order.
Please review your order confirmation to insure that all information is correct, including the SHIP TO field. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary corrections as the slightest error could cause delay.
Once your order has processed through our system, we will submit your order to the manufacturer. Once produced, the manufacturer will then ship your order to the local delivery agent in your area and an email will be sent to you providing the tracking information and the contact information for the delivery agent.
After your order has been checked in and delivery route has been set, you will receive an automated phone call to confirm the date and time of your delivery. If you have questions or need further assistance regarding your delivery, please call your local delivery agent at the number provided in the tracking email.
