How to Schedule Delivery:
1. Look up your order status on our website by entering your Order Number or Confirmation Code along with the email address you used for your order here: Order Status
2. If the status of your order says "Shipped", click on the link of the agent provided.
3. Clicking on the agent link will take you directly to the webpage of the agent assigned for delivery where you can track shipping progress. This webpage will also provide contact information for the agent should you have questions or concerns regarding delivery.
4. You will receive a call from the delivery agent within 1-2 business days after they have received your order from the manufacturer to schedule a delivery appointment.
** IMPORTANT: If the agent's website does not confirm they are in possession of your order and you are wanting to check order status and delivery estimates please do not call the agent. For order status, please contact us through one of the contact methods on our Contact Us page.**
