Can I Cancel My Order?
We can cancel your order without fees within 24 hours after you place your order. After 24 hours a request will need to be sent to the manufacturer. If they are able to cancel your order before it goes into production, a fee will not be assessed. However, if they are unable to cancel production of your order, a $250 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
***Please note: Clearance items and orders shipping via Express Delivery must be cancelled before shipment. Custom mattresses by Spring Air cannot be cancelled.***
To cancel an order, please send a request here as soon as possible and request your order or items on your order be cancelled. Once we receive your request, we will then reach out to the manufacturer to request the order be cancelled.
If your order can be cancelled without fees, we will then process your refund back to your original method of payment. Be advised the refund process can take 3-5 business days. It can then take your credit card company an additional 1-2 business days for your refund to be reflected on your billing statement.
If your order cannot be cancelled without fees, we will reach out to you to advise and confirm if you would like to proceed with cancellation.
