How To Request A Hold Date

Here is how you put a Hold Date on your order:
Call in and speak to a Sales Representative and advise them that you want to have a Hold Date put on your order. The Sales Representative will take your order over the phone and put that Hold Date on your order for you. (This option of the hold date is not available to those who place their order online and that is why you must call in to take advantage of this feature.)
What does the Hold Date mean?
The Hold Date that is put on your order is the earliest possible date you could take delivery of your order. For example, you are on vacation or out of town until July 8th when your plane lands. The Hold Date you may want put on your order would be July 9th or 10th. This date also means that we hold your order until the current date is closer to the Hold Date, and will then submit your order with the manufacturer so it will arrive to the delivery agent on a closer date to when you can accept delivery.

- Take advantage of sale prices and promotions.
- Assist in avoiding the possible storage fees from accruing on your order. (Possible storage fees will begin to accrue on your order after 2 weeks of being at the delivery agent.)
